I’m taking a break from VSN to show you what I’ve been working on this last week.  It was the last week of school and I put together a little memory book for my son’s teacher.  I spent the school year helping in the classroom and also helping the kids put together their own 3rd Grade memory book.  I partnered with another parent for that.  It was a lot of fun and the kids really enjoyed it.  I wanted to make sure that his teacher had a memory book of her own!  This booklet includes a page filled out by every student in the class along with 3 poems.  This was the cover.  I used my bud basics wheel and then the stamp set to fill in the outlines.  The mat in the center was printed on the printer.

Here is the first poem and I placed this one on the first page. Sorry the pic is a little blurry.  I used my Crayon Kids stamp set for this one and colored it in with markers.

Here is a copy of the page that all of the kids filled out.  This one is my son’s and I blurred out his signature at the bottom.  Everyone signed that bottom line.  I had them decorate the page however they would like with markers.

These are the last two poems that I placed between the 7th and 14th student page.  We really appreciated Mrs. Kruse this year.  She was a wonderful match for my son!

Until Next Time…Happy Creating!!!
