Season of Joy x2!

Here are 2 cards that I made for the SCS challenges this week.

This card was made for this week’s Sketch Challenge.  I absolutely love the Basic Grey Fruitcake DP.  It just looks so sharp!  I also use more of the ribbon that came on my box of Godiva Chocolate!
The tree is from Season of Joy and the little snow  bursts are from Snow Flurries.  I stamped the tree in Old Olive onto white card stock.  I added a silver star eyelet at the top and used my Stardust Glitter Gel pen to add some sparkle to the design on the tree.  The snow bursts were stamped and embossed with silver EP.  I edged each image with Ruby Red and layered them onto Chocolate Chip Card stock.

This card was made for the Ways To Use It Challenge.  I also combined that with Di Hickman’s weekly card sketch.
The product we were suppose to use this week was velvet!  I hadn’t even used this ribbon yet.  The paper colors used for this card
are Wild Wasabi, Soft Sky, Ruby Red and Basic Grey Fruitcake DP.  I mentioned above how much I love this paper!!!!!  The stamps are from Season of Joy and Little Layers.  The stitching stamp is from Hero Arts.  I used the SU Scalloped punch and the 1-3/8" circle punch from SU.  I added a little bronze colored cord to hand the snowman from the ribbon.  This was a fun card to make!!

Until Next Time…..Happy Creating!!!
